Tenant admin
Select the topic relating to tenant admins that interests you.
A tenant admin is someone who, with their account, has the right to manage their organization’s tenant in the AEB Cloud.
The tenant admin plays a key role for everyone who uses an AEB product, because the tenant admin can:
- Set up accounts for other people from the company
- Assign system access rights for AEB accounts
- Appoint additional tenant admins
- Reset or correct data within accounts
- Deactivate existing accounts
You become a tenant admin when your AEB account is assigned the role of tenant admin.
How do I create an additional tenant admin?
Each tenant initially requires a tenant admin.
To quickly check whether you already are a tenant admin, go to the AEB Home login page. If you can log in there and see an Administration area that takes you to Manage logins, you are already a tenant admin.
Tenant admins can use access management in the AEB Home to find their tenant and configure their settings.
The following features are currently available:
- View tenant dashboard with all relevant information (client of tenant, tenant ID, etc.)
- Create new AEB accounts in the associated tenant
- Manage existing AEB accounts
- Add additional tenant admins
