Managing users in your AEB product

User management in the AEB product varies depending on whether you log in directly via the web app or via an AEB account, so begin by selecting the option that applies to you.
How do I know whether I already have an AEB account?

In your AEB product, you can access user management by going to the Office and selecting User administration. As an admin, you have the following options here:

  • Manage users, roles, and sessions
  • Define settings for clients or individuals
  • Manage email notifications, user tips, and messages
