Linking personal data to a user in the AEB product
As an admin, you have the ability to link someone else’s personal data to their user.
How do I become an admin?
Do you use Export Filing: ATLAS, Import Filing: ATLAS, or EMCS Filing?
For these AEB products, we recommend linking the existing users in the respective product with personal data. The data must be provided to the customs authorities and can be automatically populated.
How can I link my own personal data with my user?
How to link someone’s personal data to their user in the AEB product
- From the Office, go to Master data – Companies.
- Select the company the person is associated with, then click Open.
- On the Employees sheet, click New to enter the person’s data.
We recommend entering the first name, last name, phone number, and email address. - Click Apply, then Save & close to save your entries.
- Return to the Office, then go to Master data – Persons.
- Select the person you wish to link to a user in the AEB product, then click Open.
- In the top part of the window, click on the arrow
next to Person.
- Select Add user, then Link person to existing user.
- From the list, select the user associated with the person, then click Apply.
- Click Save & close to save your entries.
