Blocking or unblocking users in your AEB product

As an admin, you can block or unblock a users in your product for another person.
How do I become an admin?

Blocking users in the AEB product

  1. From the Office, go to User administration – Users.
  2. Select the person you wish to block, then click Block.

Unblocking users in the AEB product

You can block a user yourself, or a user might be blocked for security reasons, in any of the following scenarios:

  • The user entered the wrong password too often.
  • The last login was more than 180 days ago.

  2. Select the person you wish to unblock, then click Unblock.
