Understanding event notifications in Carrier Connect

You have the option to receive proactive email notifications of certain events.

AEB recommends setting up the following notifications, especially for critical shipments, so that you’ll be alerted early on and can respond quickly if an EDI transmission failed:

• Transmission error with shipping order EDI (EDI transmission per shipping order)
• Transmission error with pickup EDI (EDI transmission per pickup)
