Shared API constraints for business object identifiers.

Business object identifiers are opaque, server-generated values. Clients must not derive semantics from their structure or format.

The maximum length is intentionally limited to 20 characters for compatibility between existing XNSG products of the customs domain, BSM as well as the ATC plugin for SAP. This limit reflects the supported identifier length of the current product ecosystem rather than a general restriction for business object identifiers.
