Settings

When starting the client for the first time, you need the setup.exe file which will install/start the client. The portal.exe process must establish an Internet connection to the AEB data center (rz4.aeb.de/).

Make sure that all security applications (firewalls, virus scanners etc.) on the client PC allow the connection.
