Printing from the AEB application

For background printing and direct printing from the application, the installation of the AEB Cloud Device Service on a print server or the AEB Service Agent on a client is required. It is available for the following operating systems:

Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016.

(Windows Server Core and Windows Nano Server not supported, Graphical User Interface required).

Using the AEB Service Agent or AEB Cloud Device Service requires that you add the URL of the AEB application to the trusted sites in the Windows Internet options.

Your printers must be released for the AEB application. Please refer to the system requirements of the respective AEB product (and consult your AEB representative if needed).

Weighing from the AEB application

To automatically transfer weights to an AEB application, the AEB Cloud Device Service must be installed on an infrastructure server, such as a print server. The same requirements apply here as described above under "Printing from the AEB application".
