Workstation

• Pentium 4 processor, at least 2 GHz
• For optimal display quality, a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels or higher is recommended. The screen diagonal should be at least 12 inches.
• Windows 10
• Minimum of 512 MB main memory, 768 MB recommended
• Local disk space requirements in case of a network installation: 200 MB (programs are stored on the file server)
• Terminal Server sessions of the Windows Server 2016 and Windows 2019 operating systems are also allowed, as well as the respective Citrix XenApp Server version 6.5 and as from 7.9, with Citrix Receiver as from 4.5.


Additional software being accessed from within ASSIST4, e.g. Microsoft Office products, must also be installed on the Terminal Server and not on the workstation PC on which the Terminal Server or Citrix Client is running.



Bartender and ASSIST4 Imaging Scan are not released for Windows Server 2019.



Support for Windows 11 is not planned.

• Only older, existing installations: MS Word 2007/2010/2013/2016 (32 bit version, for word processing, correspondence)
• When using MS Word, macros must be activated and macros security must be set to low.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader as from version 9.3 up to version 11.x, Reader DC as from 2015.008.20082

The I-32 forms designer is no longer working under 64 bit operating systems (Windows 2008 R2 (Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter), Windows 7 with 64 bit, Windows 2012, Windows 2010).

Virus scanners may impact the functions of ASSIST4. Files which are used by ASSIST4 should not be scanned on every access.
