Systems and constellations not matching the requirements described in this document are not supported. AEB recommends discussing the final hardware and software configuration during the introduction of the system. The system requirements do not constitute warranted characteristics of AEB’s services, even if they are referenced to you. Rather, they are minimum requirements for hardware and software. The system requirements evolve as technology evolves. Maintenance and development from version to version of the software may also cause changes to the system requirements. AEB expressly reserves the right to change the system requirements as it maintains and develops the software.

The end of use of the ASSIST4 suite is scheduled for December 31, 2026. Newer client and server releases from Microsoft (including Windows 11) or Oracle are therefore no longer supported for the operation of ASSIST4. The system requirements of November 30, 2023 apply. AEB recommends the transformation to a follow-up solution.
