Notes
- AEB expects that the Support Package stack has been updated at least once a year following the recommendation by SAP.
- The AEB add-ons for SAP must be updated once a year. If you do not comply with this obligation, you will not be able to use the services and support according to our General Terms and Conditions for Support.
- If you wish to use web services for communication and if the SAP base component used corresponds to Release 7.00, it is required that you have implemented SAP Notes 1326434 and 921347.
- When connecting to the AEB data center via web service, the following settings are required for communication:
- Communication via web services requires enabling of SNI (Server Name Indication). For activation details, see SAP Note 2124480.
- CommonCryptoLib version 8.5 or higher is required for encrypted communication.
- Only connections with protocol TLS 1.2 and higher are supported. Therefore, activation via the profile parameter ssl/client_ciphersuites is a prerequisite as described in SAP Note 2110020.
- To display screens with fields that were created at runtime, SAP Note 1693580 must have been implemented. Otherwise it is possible under certain circumstances that contents of program fields are not displayed or the error “LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND (with blank program name) occurs and processing is aborted.
- In connection with business partners, the add-ons access the tables CVI_CUST_LINK and CVI_VEND_LINK. If entries are only maintained for business partners in your system in tables BD001 and BC001, you can migrate these accordingly using the programs CVI_MIGRATE_CUST_LINKS and CVI_MIGRATE_VEND_LINKS.
- Data is transferred using the SOAP protocol in XML format. Therefore, the data to be transferred must be compliant in the SAP system for conversion to XML format.
