Checks and validations

Carrier Connect uses extensive check algorithms to prevent errors in the shipping process:

• Support from the Assistant, such as alerts when required fields have not yet been completed
• Validation of consignment data content, such as an invalid consignee postal code

The validations that the content is correct are based on carrier specifications.

The web service interface makes it possible to validate in advance whether a shipping order can be processed with a specific carrier and shipping option.
