Shipping types and options: services, value-added services, note texts

Carrier Connect offer a variety of shipping types and options for the various carriers within the portfolio to help you optimize your package shipments. This includes frequently used services and delivery options, but also special handling such as Saturday delivery, pickup orders, or delivery of time-critical shipments using express and fixed-date shipping options.

You can manage returns, print return labels, select the shop delivery, request identity verifications, and request delivery on a selected date to accommodate the unique shipping requirements of e-commerce.

Some carriers let you consolidate shipments for customs clearance (World Ease, Break Bulk), issue paperless invoices (Paperless Trade), and upload customs-related documents (Electronic Trade Documents) for transports to non-EU countries. Additional export-related data – importer address, customs debtor info, EORI numbers, VAT numbers of importer, IOSS/VOEC/PVA number of consignor, etc. – is also considered, depending on the shipping terms of your shipping order.
