General information
All carriers listed in this system description are available in the Carrier Connect portfolio as of June 23, 2025.
Carrier types
For the integration in Carrier Connect, a distinction is made between the two carrier types “standard carrier” and “project carrier”. Each carrier is assigned to one of these categories.
For details about how the carrier types differ from each other as well as all other details about the functional scope of Carrier Connect refer to the Carrier Connect API system description.
Country-specific connections
The carrier connections in Carrier Connect, usually are country-specific connections since different specifications, contacts, company codes, and approval processes etc. apply.
You will find the permitted country of dispatch in brackets behind the service provider name. Some connections are valid globally, Europe-wide, or even for several countries of dispatch.
Examples: TNT Express (Italy), DB SCHENKERair (Germany), FedEx Express (EMEA), or Logwin (global).
Hazardous goods
In those cases in which managing hazardous goods is possible, it has been indicated at the respective transport service provider under “Special notes”.
