Reducing the number of checks − Export Controls
You can enter a maximum period of 24 hours in the Period in hours until checks are executed again: field. An export control check is only carried out within the entered time period if the data relevant for the check has changed or if a period of 24 hours has passed since the last check. If this option is empty or set to "0", the feature is considered deactivated and the check takes place every time a change is made.
The reduction of checks applies to online checks and asynchronous checks, but not to batch checks and the check in the monitor.
If screening of goods dispatched has been enabled for deliveries, a screening is carried out in this step regardless of this setting.
