Settings dependent on the organization
To configure these settings, go to AEB Cockpit: Customizing – Customer check (org. unit).
The settings are maintained per organizational unit.
If you do not specify an org. unit, the entry is valid for all org. units. This general entry is used if no separate entry could be found for the org. unit determined for the customer.
‘Block behavior’ field group:
This field group controls the settings for blocks:
- Set posting block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to set the posting block.
- Set order block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to set the order block.
- Overwrite existing block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to overwrite an existing block.
- Set delivery block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to set the delivery block.
- Overwrite existing block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to overwrite an existing block.
- Set billing block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to set the billing block.
- Overwrite existing block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to overwrite an existing block.
- Set payment block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to set payment blocks.
- Overwrite existing block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to overwrite an existing block.
- Set sales support block: Mark this checkbox if you wish to set the sales support block.
‘Unblocking behavior’ field group
This field group controls the behavior when blocks are removed.
- If posting block set by Compliance, delete without prompting: Mark this checkbox to remove a posting block automatically when the block was set by Compliance Screening.
- If block sales support set by Compliance, delete without prompting: Mark this checkbox to remove a sales support block automatically when the block was set by Compliance Screening.
In case a block had already been set before the block by Compliance, it will not be deleted, but the monitor entry will be released.
If the respective option for deletion without prompt is not set, the block will never be deleted automatically and you will always get a message.
‘Addresses’ fields group
In this field group, checking contact person addresses can be activated.
- Check contact person in combination with customer address (contact person address): Mark this checkbox if you wish to activate checking contact person addresses. The contact person address is a combination
- of the contact person's name and the customer address in the documents, if no office address of the contact person is available.
- Check home address of contact persons: Mark this checkbox if you wish to activate checking the private address of the customer contact person.
- Check business address of contact persons: Mark this checkbox if you wish to activate checking the office address of the customer contact person.
When the home address and the business address of a contact person are newly created, they cannot be checked in the online check for technical reasons. These addresses are only checked once the customer has been saved again or in a batch.
