Deleting monitor entries

Go to AEB Cockpit: Customizing – Deletion of Monitor entries.

With these settings you can define when entries are to be deleted from the monitor. For this purpose, you create an entry for every business object.

On the basis of the following rules you can define when the monitor entries are deleted:

• /AEB/CL_CMP_BO_DEL_STRAT01_BC: deleting monitor entries whose last check is older than X days.
• /AEB/CL_CMP_BO_DEL_STRAT02_BC: deleting monitor entries whose last check is older than X days (without use of releases) or Y days (with releases)
• /AEB/CL_CMP_BO_DEL_STRAT03_BC: deleting monitor entries whose last check is older than X days (with external number assignment) or Y days (with internal number assignment)

The search help for this rule will tell you which rules are to be applied for which business objects.

For the entries in the monitor to be actually deleted, schedule the following report as a job: "/AEB/01_BO_DELETION_JOB".
