Setting up Good Guy allocation

This is an optional setting.

Use the Good Guy allocation to centrally define Good Guys for master data (customers and vendors).

Go to AEB Cockpit: Customizing – Good Guy allocation.

Maintain a central Good Guy allocation list per organizational unit. This list can be freely defined.

Functionality: When a Good Guy is created, the Good Guy allocation list is used to determine whether additional organizational units are associated with the organizational unit of a business object. If this is the case, the Good Guy is defined in all other associated organizational units as well.

Example: The central Good Guy allocation list "STANDARD_GG" is assigned to the organizational units 1000 and 2000. If a Good Guy is created for a customer with the organizational unit 1000, this Good Guy is also defined for organizational unit 2000.
