Rule type – Settings for checks of changed values

The check of changed values finds out whether a release remains valid after it has been granted. The data determined at the time the release was granted is compared to the current data. If there is any discrepancy, the release is flagged as invalid.

Example: If a release has been granted for a sales document item, any subsequent change to the item quantity invalidates the release.

This rule lets you deactivate the field check for the SAP® client for the check of changed values in Export Controls as it relates to the following fields:

  • Decisive date
  • Item value
  • Quantity

Click the Change settings link in the Rule settings column to register the desired checks for changed values.
