Conditions for Good Guys
With this setting, you can define that Good Guys will only be used under certain conditions. When defining a Good Guy, you can choose if the Good Guy is to be created without or with a specific condition.
The following coditions are available:
Condition | Explanation |

Related to business object | The Good Guy applies only to the business object for which it has been created. |
Related to process sales document – delivery | The Good Guy of the order also applies to the delivery of the order. |
Related to process purchase document – delivery | The Good Guy of the purchase document also applies to the delivery of the purchase document. |
The creation of a Good Guy with a condition is only possible for data records which are newly created after the setting has been defined.
If you use process-related Good Guys for deliveries and want to be able to also create Good Guys with condition for deliveries without original transactions, you must also create an additional entry for Good Guys relating to a business object.
