Address version
This is an optional setting which is only relevant for Compliance Screening.
In version 3.1.2 and later, you have the option of choosing the address version that you wish Compliance Screening to check. Go to AEB Cockpit: Customizing – Compliance Screening check. If nothing is entered here, all addresses will continue to be screened in the default version. This setting relates to the screening of business partners, customers, vendors, sales documents, deliveries, material documents, purchase documents, banks, accounting documents, and payment runs. It does not affect the screening of employees or applicants, since address version maintenance is not available here.
The active address version impacts the online check, batch check, the displays of restricted parties, and Good Guy maintenance.
If an entry is selected, all the addresses are screened in the version defined here. In the absence of an appropriate address version, the default address is checked. The active address version is recorded in the Reference field in Trade Compliance Management. An empty field means that the default address was checked.
These settings have to be transported.
