Troubleshooting automated processes

Problems resulting from automatic processes such as the automatic synchronization are recorded by the Customs Management Add-on for SAP in the form of logs. The log entries can be found under Customs Management – Log entries (Transaction /AEB/PALOGENTRIES, AEB Cockpit: Administration – Applications – Log entries).
