How it works

If you are using Trade Compliance Management Add-on for SAP® with the Export Controls module in the same SAP® client, you have the option of writing back data from export declarations to the corresponding Compliance releases on the level of the delivery items.

Data will be transmitted to the releases at the following two points in time:

  1. Once the customs authorities have released the goods, the MRN and the release date are written to the MRN and Acceptance date fields of the Export declaration sheet. In addition, the reference number is transferred to the field of the same name and the release is finalized.
  2. Once the goods have been exported, the following information is written to the release:
    • The customs office of exit to the Export declaration sheet, Export customs office field.
    • The date of export to the Transaction data sheet, Export date field.

This functionality is supported for the invoice collector and the shipment collector, but not for the custom collector.

The data is not written back to the releases for order items.
