Creating synchronization job

The prerequisite for synchronization is a corresponding partner system subscription in the target system.

There, go to Administration – Synchronization – Partner system subscriptions and create it. Enter the appropriate value in the form SAP__ <client of the SAP system> as the installation ID. Example: SAP_P01_800 Select the subscription of your choice and save the entry.

In order to update data of customs declarations, it is also required to create a synchronization job in the SAP system accordingly.

Define a job that periodically runs the /AEB/AES_ET_SYNC program.

Note that the user must have the appropriate authorizations for synchronization to execute the job (see list of AEB authorization objects).
