Document type global (OAC2)

Each document type from Customs Management that is to be archived must be assigned a document type in SAP:

To create the desired document types, open the Customizing – Document types global (OAC2) entry in the AEB Cockpit.

The document type of the created document type should correspond to sort of document, usually a PDF.

The name of the document type can be selected freely, but must be unique. Naming proposal: /AEB/<ID of the document type>, e.g. ‘/AEB/EAD’.
