Define profile

An (internal) consignment object is created and populated with values using the profile settings. It is populated from an SAP business object via the add-on's Consignment Collector. In part, the collector operates according to a consistent logic, but it also follows the rules defined in the profile.

Initializing master data for profiles

Proceed as follows:

  1. Before creating a profile, select the menu Master data – Prices or Master data – Partners to update the status of this data.
  2. Select the Initialize function in the displayed overview.
  3. Save the entries in a transport request.

Creating a profile and editing settings

Proceed as follows:

  1. Create a profile for the desired business object. After selecting the business object, you can choose whether to create the profile with predefined settings.
  2. Enter a unique profile ID.
  3. Check the settings and stored rules for determining the data.
