Setting up organizational units
The organizational unit serves the mapping of different organizational units in SAP® (sales organization, company code, etc.) to the organizational units in Customs Management Add-on for SAP, helping to separate Export Filing processes from an organizational point of view.
Proceed as follows:
- Go to AEB Cockpit: Customizing – Organizational units.
- Create a new entry and define at first a name for the organizational unit in the basic data.
- Enter the other settings.
In order to enter the next settings and to use the search help, functioning connection parameters for the target system (destination and client) must be defined. Input help can be used for the selection.
The destination can be one of the following types:
- RFC destination (created with transaction SM59)
- HTTP destination (created with transaction SM59)
- Logical port (created with transaction SOAMANAGER)
The client is an original value from Customs Management.
