Implementing the system configuration for the AEB Cloud Device Service

Implement the following system configuration:

• Dedicated Windows Print Server, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2022: Either Standard, Enterprise or Datacenter Edition and with GUI
• Main memory:
• At least 1–2 GB
• Plus at least 30 MB for each simultaneous user of print functions
• Free hard disk space for installation: at least 5 GB.
• A Windows service user account is required for the AEB Cloud Device Service in order to use all functions to their full extent. For setup, this user also requires rights for RDP login on the Windows Print Server.
• The user account / service requires access to the link to the AEB application, usually rz3.aeb.de.
• The link to the AEB application must be added to the list of trusted sites in Internet Explorer.

Operating systems are generally supported only until the end of the manufacturer’s extended support period.
