Deleting shipping orders

With these settings you can define when shipping order data is to be deleted from the shipping order monitor. Deleting the shipping order data in the monitor does not delete the shipping orders themselves. For this purpose, create exactly one rule.

Go to AEB Cockpit: Customizing – Further settings.

On the basis of the following rules you can define when the monitor entries are deleted:

• /AEB/CL_PA_BO_DEL_STRAT01_BC: Deleting monitor entries that are older than X days and have a closed status. The comparison is made with the dispatch date.

• For the entries in the monitor to be actually deleted, schedule the following report as a job: /AEB/01_BO_DELETION_JOB.
