Researching errors

Problems resulting from automatic processes such as the automatic synchronization are recorded by the Carrier Connect Add-on for SAP in the form of logs. The log entries can be found under Carrier Connect – Log entries (Transaction /AEB/PALOGENTRIES, AEB Cockpit: Administration – Applications – Log entries).
