Creating a tile group
You need tile groups to directly assign users to a specific set of tiles, without the user having to search for them using the App Finder. You can define both client-specific and client-independent tile groups.
Proceed as follows:
- Start transaction /UI2/FLPD_CUST or /UI2/FLPD_CONF.
- In the upper left corner, click on Groups.
- Select the plus sign.
- Specify a title and an ID.
- Click Save.
- The group is created.
- Click the plus sign in the Show as Tiles area.
- Select the catalog you just created.
- To add tiles to the catalog, click the green plus sign in the respective tile.
- The tile is added to the group.
- Repeat that step for all tiles that you wish to add to this group.
