Web service calls: defining target systems

The logical port for the target system of the web service is defined via the SOAMANAGER transaction. Alternatively, the creation can also be carried out via the LPCONFIG transaction, but according to SAP documentation, logical ports as from NetWeaver version 7.1 should no longer be managed with this.
