The following changes are available starting with data service version 99.

Please note that the current service pack incorporates all previous changes to the data service.

Changes for EU locations

The Regional Convention was amended by Decision No. 1/2023 of the Joint Committee of the Regional Convention on pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin. The amendment (so-called revised rules of the Regional Convention) will enter into force for all contracting parties on January 1, 2025. Decision No. 1/2024, which has been taken in the meantime and which leaves the previous rules of the Regional Convention valid as an alternative until December 31, 2025, is not yet applicable from January 1, 2025 for the agreements between the EU and the following countries:

The completely revised list rules are therefore made available for these destination countries. The agreement reform assistant guides you through the necessary changes in the software.
In accordance with Decision 1/2024 of November 5, 2024, Annex 3 of the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement will be adapted to the HS status of 2022.
The list rule content has been updated accordingly.
The decision specifically names items 24.03, 24.04, 38.27, 84.79, and 85.24, which have been amended. Please check your rule assignment or manually created rules for these HS headings.
