Extension of the client overview

The following columns have been added to the client overview:

• Read-only
• Active materials
• Configurable materials
• Configured materials
• Inactive materials
• Inactive configured materials

This overview allows you to to check settlements across all clients. As before, you need the Administrator role to display this overview.

Note the following:

• Read-only: If the Read-only box is checked, this is a search client. The basis for billing is then the sum of the active and inactive materials. If the box is not checked, the client is active and all active materials are counted.
• Active materials
• Configured materials: Configured materials are marked with a KMAT indicator and are usually not regularly calculated or reused.
• Configurable materials: Configurable materials are the combination of several configured materials with the same origin so that the configured materials do not count infinitely often in the active materials.
• Inactive materials
• Inactive configured materials: Sum of configured materials marked with a deletion flag or as inactive.

Please note that application fees may apply if the usage ratios deviate from the standard (e.g. more inactive materials than active materials).
