New version of data service

The following changes are available starting with data service version 97.

Please note that the current service pack incorporates all previous changes to the data service.

Changes for EU locations

• The Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Union on the one hand and the Republic of Kenya, a member of the Eastern African Community (EAC), on the other, entered into force on July 1, 2024.
• The contracting parties temporarily apply the rules of origin of the Market Access Regulation (EU) 2016/1076 (MAR/ACP). The general tolerance is 15%.
• Kenya (EAC) was thus included as a zone in the data service. The list rules can be found under EAC.

Changes for locations in Switzerland

• No changes

Changes for locations in the United Kingdom

• The Economic Partnership Agreement between the United Kingdom and the Eastern and Southern African States (ESA) also applies to trade between the UK and Madagascar since August 1, 2024.
