New alternative search algorithm for filter fields

In addition to the current standard search (“like” search), a new exact search has been implemented.

You can now choose between two options under System – Settings – Search behavior:

• The standard search returns all results that contain your search entry.
• If you pick the exact search, you will get all results that contain your precise search entry. Wildcards or placeholders can also be used to expand the search.
