Reporting supernumerary (abandoned) goods

You can use Customs Management to report abandoned or supernumerary goods (e.g. packages that cannot be assigned to a TAD). In this case, you must report another transit arrival for the abandoned goods with a link to the TAD where they were found.

  1. Open the transit arrival and click on the action Create transit arrival for supernumerary goods in the Assistant pane.
  2. A new transit arrival opens in the Supernumerary goods variant. Some data from the original declaration (e.g. the LRN) is filled in there and cannot be edited.
  3. The status of the original declaration changes to Remarks ready to send.
  4. Specify information about the supernumerary packages in the Supernumerary goods field group.
  5. Send the declaration by clicking on the Assistant message.
  6. The status of the declaration changes to Sent.
  7. Once you have received the acceptance from customs, the status of the declaration changes to Completed.
