Retrieving documents (transit) in the Chartera hub (Passar)

The Chartera hub enables the retrieval of electronic customs documents. Customs Management exchanges the required messages with the system and provides the documents in the respective declaration on the Documents sheet.

If it is not possible to retrieve the documents from Customs Management due to a disruption, you can also download them from the BAZG ePortal. More information in this Help Center article (in German).

The following documents are available for transit declarations (depending on the progress of the declaration):

• PATDS: Transit declaration submitted (after acceptance)
• PTAD: Transit Accompanying Document (after activation)
• PTSAD: Transit/Security Accompanying Document (after release)
• PTADD: Transit Accompanying Document (draft) (after acceptance or correction)
• PTSADD: Transit/Security Accompanying Document (draft) (after acceptance or correction)
• PASTDS: Swiss Transit Declaration submitted
