Retrieving documents (export) in the Chartera hub (Passar)

The Chartera hub enables the retrieval of electronic customs documents. Customs Management exchanges the required messages with the system and provides the documents in the respective declaration on the Documents sheet.

If it is not possible to retrieve the documents from Customs Management due to a disruption, you can also download them from the BAZG ePortal. More information in this Help Center article (in German).

The following documents are available for export declarations (depending on the progress of the declaration):

• PAEDS: Export declaration submitted (after submission of a declaration)
• PAEAD: Assessment decision for exports (after release)
• PAERD: Cancellation taxation decision export (after response to request for cancellation)
• PAERVD: Revocation of assessment export declaration
