Consignments and deliveries

Customs Management can import consignment data from your host system and use this data to automatically generate customs declarations for different customs processes (e.g. import, export, or transit) for the country or e-customs system of your choice. Alternatively, you can import transactions such as invoices or delivery notes and then combine them into consignments. Customs Management also offers you the option of combining several consignments into a “consignment manifest”.

You also have the option of entering and editing deliveries, consignments, and consignment manifests manually when errors occur or if the situation requires it. Once you have assigned deliveries to consignments or consignments to consignment manifests, customs declarations can be created for the customs processes of your choice using “transitions”. In this process, consignment data and the delivery items specified in the data are used to generate customs declarations (with individual items). Special templates can be used to enrich customs declarations and their corresponding items with additional data.
