Sending unloading remarks

Once you have received the unloading permission from customs, you can unload the goods. You then have 4 days to report the unloading remarks to customs. You can use Customs Management to send a “conform” or “non-confirm” message at header or item level, or for several transit arrivals at the same time.

Identifying receipt of unloading permission

You can identify the receipt of unloading permission as follows:

• In the Transit arrivals overview: The transit arrival has the status of Unload.
• In the open transit arrival: The Unloading permission, Unloading items, and Unloading remarks sheets appear.
• This sheets contain detailed, read-only information from the corresponding transit departure.
