Checking list retrieval logs

If you use a batch to retrieve eVVs from customs, you can check whether errors occurred during batch runs.

Proceed as follows:

  1. You must have administrator rights.
  1. Go to Administration – Logs – Logs CH list retrieval.
  2. The Error column displays for which retrieval settings errors have occurred.
  3. Open a log entry.
  4. Here, you will find detailed information.
  5. Open retrieval settings: On the Logs CH list retrieval sheet, click the Open retrieval settings link.
