Checking list retrieval logs
If you use a batch to retrieve eVVs from customs, you can check whether errors occurred during batch runs.
Proceed as follows:
- You must have administrator rights.
- Go to Administration – Logs – Logs CH list retrieval.
- The Error column displays for which retrieval settings errors have occurred.
- Open a log entry.
- Here, you will find detailed information.
- Open retrieval settings: On the Logs CH list retrieval sheet, click the Open retrieval settings link.
