Configuring the color scheme of the software interface (“UI theme”)

You can configure the color scheme of the software interface according to your own wishes, e.g. the font and background colors.

All users can adjust these colors for their own account, users with the I_CLIENTADMIN role can also configure the scheme for a client so that it applies to all users who log in to this client and have not made their own settings.

  1. To be able to adjust the color scheme for the client, you need the I_CLIENTADMIN role.
  1. Adjusting the colors for yourself: In the Office, go to User administration – UI theme – UI theme (user).
  2. Adjusting the colors for the client: In the Office, go to User administration – UI theme – UI theme (client).
  3. Select “Default – defined by the application” and click the New as copy button.
  4. Enter a name for your new UI theme in the Name field.
  5. Make the necessary changes in the “Theme properties” list.
  6. You can see the effect of your changes immediately in the preview on the right.

  7. Click Save & close to close the application.
  8. In the overview, select the newly created UI theme and click Enable/disable theme.
  9. Confirm that you want to log in again and log in again.
  1. The software interface will now be displayed according to your newly created UI theme.
