Filtering entries in overviews

Filters in your AEB product use “filter chips.” Each filter chip corresponds to a single filter criterion (such as Company or Country). You can populate the filter criterion with the desired filter value (such as Sample company or Germany) by clicking on the appropriate filter chip.

  1. Click the Add filter button.
  2. Select the filter criterion of your choice from the list.
  3. Select a filter value and press ENTER or click Apply to confirm your selection.
  4. The filter chip is now active (as indicated by the solid blue border). The overview displays only those entries that match the filter value.

    5. Click the filter chip again to edit the filter value.

  5. Add more filters: Click Add filter to further refine your results.
  6. Reset a filter chip to its default: Click the reset icon of a filter chip to reset the filter to its default.
  7. Delete a filter chip: Click the delete icon of a filter chip to delete the filter.

    8. This button appears only after the filter chip has been reset to its default (see above).

  8. Reset or remove all filter values: Click the reset icon to preserve all the filter chips but clear all filter values or reset them to their defaults.
