Viewing tracking data in Carrier Connect (Carrier Event Service)

The Carrier Event Service option lets you view tracking events in the form of event lists in your service provider’s shipping orders directly in Carrier Connect and import them via API to your host system.

Check the Carrier Connect System Description “Functional scope of the offered carriers” to see whether your carriers are linked to Carrier Event Service. If so, they will be listed under “Tracking Data Format.”
