Preparing print jobs for a workstation (print job agent)
You can print directly from Carrier Connect and prepare print jobs for a workstation using the print job agent.

The “Print job agent” desktop widget lets you open the print job agent without starting it directly. This allows you to see a workstation’s current print jobs without printing them right away. Click the arrow to the right of the Activate button and select Open without starting.
