Checking user rights
You can regularly check the user rights whenever you assign rights to the roles: This makes it easier for you to keep track of everything.
Checking user rights at the Office level
- Go to User administration and select Access rights – Office.
- Switch to the User access rights sheet.
- In the User field at the top, select a user whose rights you wish to check.
The rights of this user are now displayed in the table below. - Navigate through the table entries if necessary.
You can also check the user rights for business facades and widgets in the same manner.
Checking user rights for specific functions
- Go to the required entry in the office, e.g. Master data – Companies.
- Open an object, such as a company, switch to the sheet with access to the function you wish to check – for example, the Employees sheet.
- Press the F8 key.
The Mask access rights window opens. - Switch to the User access rights sheet.
- In the User field at the top, select a user whose rights you wish to check.
The rights of this user are now displayed in the table below.
